IN PERSON 1:1 TRAINING SESSION AND CHECK-IN
Meet with me, Jeorgia, once per week in person for a 45 minute PT session and 15 minute check-in. The check-in will include a weigh in, measurements, progress photos and calliper test. During the training session I will push you outside your comfort zone to ensure maximum results. In person sessions are to be at the start of each week (18 in total). This option is for the premium package and ONLY available to brides-to-be living in and around The Hawkesbury, NSW.

The personalised training and nutrition plans are accessed online via my website app through your own personal dashboard that I will create for you when you sign up. You can add my app icon to your home page on your phone and log in any time you like.
There is a MINIMUM commitment of 18 weeks but you can ABSOLUTELY commit to longer than this if you would like. My goal is to help you achieve your goal in time for your special day regardless of the timeframe.
Yes!!!! There are two different options available. The standard 18 week package is availble to women ONLINE ONLY and does not include the 1:1 in person training sessions per week. This option includes TWO online zoom check-ins per week.
The 18 week Bridal Body Blueprint premium package option is currently available for women living in and around The Hawkesbury, NSW as the package currently includes an in-person 1:1 PT session with me per week.
We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells, a yoga mat and a bench/chair. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

There unfortunately is no option to cancel out of the 18 week package, unless there are extreme extenuating circumstances. This package isn't offered to just anyone, I only work with a very select number of women at a time so please know prior to joining that this is a long term commitment!
The workouts are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to working out, I’ve got your back with your very own personalised program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.
Your training and nutrition plan will be reviewed EVERY 2 WEEKS and changes will be made according to your check in results. If you are progressing well, then only slight tweaks will be made to your plan. You MUST complete your check-ins each week in order for me to be able to update your plans (these will be done each week at your 1:1 PT session with me.
